Shipping Policy

Please note: delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch. NOT the date of purchase.

All delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your completed order by 2:00pm. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed the next working day. 

If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order.  

What delivery methods do you use?

Orders up to 2kg are dispatched with Royal Mail, orders over 2kg are dispatched with DHL/ UPS / Parcelforce Worldwide/Hermes depending on the size of the package .

How long will my items take to be delivered?

If you selected our standard service (free on orders over £69.99) we will deliver your items from 2-4 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) from the date of purchase. 
Express delivery may take from 1-2 working days. Next Day deliveries are NOT quaranteed! Our couriers have a very high success rates of deliveries but occasionally things can go wrong.
